Common Questions

Before You Cast Off

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one to two weeks ahead for day cruises, and three to four weeks for the Two-Night Expedition. During school holidays and public holidays, earlier bookings give you more flexibility on preferred departure dates.

What happens if the weather is rough?

Guest safety is the first consideration on every voyage. If conditions are not suitable, the captain will make the call to postpone or adjust the route. We'll work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenient date, with no additional charge.

Can I charter a private voyage for a special occasion?

Yes. All three of our journeys can be arranged as private charters. Whether you're planning a small anniversary celebration, a family gathering, or a corporate day on the water, contact us and we'll discuss the details with you personally.

Are children welcome on board?

Children are welcome on the Morning Harbour Cruise and Island Passage Discovery. Life jackets in appropriate sizes are available onboard. For the multi-night expedition, we suggest it's best suited for guests aged twelve and above.

What should I bring on a day cruise?

Lightweight, comfortable clothing and a light layer for breezy conditions. Sun protection — hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Non-slip footwear or sandals that can be taken off easily. Meals and snorkeling gear are provided. Your phone and a sense of curiosity are all you really need.

How is payment handled?

After your enquiry we'll confirm availability and send a booking summary. A deposit of 50% secures your date, with the balance settled prior to departure. Bank transfer and major credit cards are accepted.
